By providing technical
and financial support to the Albanian Disability Rights Foundation
(ADRF),
IFES is working to ensure that citizens with disabilities play a meaningful
role in ongoing efforts to re-draft the Albanian election code. In
addition,
the ADRF will conduct training workshops with the Albanian Central Election
Commission, and will jointly identify activities to reform and make
for
accessible the electoral process. (Funded by IFES as part of a grant
from the Finland Ministry for Foreign Affairs.)
