Ghana
Activities, which
are ongoing, have included the election monitioring by 80 Ghanaians with
disabilities (the first observation
effort of its kind in the world), and the design and pilot testing of
a tactile ballot to allow blind voters to vote in secret. (Funded by IFES
under grants from Sweden and Finland).
