In partnership with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and local disability organization Handikos, IFES helped develop and implement a plan to facilitate the civil registration and voting process for individuals with disabilities throughout the province. (Funded by IFES as part of a grant from the Finland Ministry for Foreign Affais.)
