Observer in wheelchair at polling station in LvivUnder a grant from IFES, the Lviv Center for Independent Living organized an electoral observation effort in the cities of Lviv and Kiev, in which citizens with disabilities paid particular attention to the application of the mobile voting system. (Funded by IFES under a grant from Sweden).
