General Right to Vote
Constitution
(1993)

  • Article 6, section (1) states, "All persons are equal before the law. No one may be discriminated against on grounds of birth, race, sex, origin, religion, opinions or any other personal or social condition."

Electoral Law

  • Article 1, section 1 states, “The suffrage is universal, free, equal, direct and secret.”

Exclusion Based on Intellectual Disability

  • Article 1, section 2 states, “The right of suffrage is for all Andorrans, of age, with the full use of their civil and political rights and not subject to some disability provided by law.”
