Austria

General Right to Vote
Constitution:
• Article 26, section (1) states: "The House of Representatives is elected by the nation in accordance with the principles of proportional representation on the basis of equal, direct, secret, and personal suffrage for men and women who have completed their nineteenth year of life on a day appointed prior to the election."
• No mention of limits on participation or special provisions for disabled in constitution
Electoral Law:
(National Assembly Voting Order 1992)
• Article 21, section (1) states, "Voters are all men and women, who possess Austrian nationality, have reached January 1 of the year in which they turn 18, and have not had their voting rights rescinded."
