General Right to Vote
Constitution:
(1994)
• Article 6 states: "3. Individuals in a state of contumacy may not vote. 4. Failed rehabilitants whose bankruptcy has been declared by the national courts of common rights or as decided by a foreign or executive court cannot vote."

Constitution:

• Article 24 states: "Candidates must declare on their honor not to fall ill with conditions of ineligibility or incapability as determined by the law."

• Article 67 states: "If it is impossible due to infirmity for a voter to cast a vote in the ballot box or they need assistance, the citizen may pick and authorize whomever they want to represent them." Voter secrecy not respected.

• Article 75 states: "People hospitalized, confined to their homes, invalids, and ill people in general can vote by proxy."
