  • Article 14, part II states, “The State prohibit and punishes all forms of discrimination based on the reason of sex, color, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, origin, culture, nationality, citizenship, language, religion, ideology, political of philosophical orientation, marital status, social or economic status, type of occupation, level of education, disability, pregnancy ....”

  • Article 158 states, “Priority in voting shall be given to pregnant women or those with babies less than one year old, people more than 60 years old, sick persons, people with particular necessities, and candidates.”
  • Article 160 states, “People with special needs or those more than 60 years old may receive assistance to vote. To this end the President or Chairman, with a person the elector trusts, or alternatively one or a witness selected from those present, will accompany the elector in the issuance of their vote. If older people who have applied for assistance to vote, or those with mobility limitation, those who attend them are asked to describe the ballot options so that the elector may express their will...In the case of people with visual impairments, they may provide a voting template, at the request of the individual voting with assistance.”
