Right to Vote Constitution

- Article 6 states, “The vote is universal, direct or indirect, equal and secret. Determined by the condition under the law, electors are all Chadians of both genders of eighteen years of age or older benefitting of their civil and political rights.”
- Article 14 states, "The State assures that all are equal before the law without distinction of origin, race, sex, religion, political opinion, or social position."
