Vote
Constitution:
Article 43 states: "The right to vote shall be universal and
equal. Each citizen who has attained the age of 18 years shall be eligible
to vote and to stand for election."
Electoral Law:

Article 7 states: "All citizens of the Republic of Slovenia
who have reached the age of eighteen years
and have not been denied
the capability of working have the right to elect and be elected a delegate."

Article 66 states: "A voter is entitled to be accompanied
by a person who helps him/her to cast the vote and deliver the ballot,
if he/she is not able to vote due to a physical disability."

Article 68 concerns voting by mail, and provides for "people
in care in retirement homes" to vote in this manner.
Article 69 states: "Voters, who are prevented by an illness
from voting in person at the polling station, where they are enrolled
in the electoral register, can vote in front of the polling committee
at their homes. They should inform the district electoral board about
such circumstances at least three days prior to the day of voting."
