There is currently no established law since the UK suspended the constitution in 2009.  As the type of electoral system that the new Constitution will contain is currently the object of much debate, there is also no electoral law.  Governmental power is currently with the UK government and the islands' governor. A new constitution is expected sometime during 2011.
