• Article 29 states: "All Murundi have the right to participate directly or indirectly through representatives directing the State…under the reserve of legal conditions particular to age and capacity."
• Article 117 states: "The mandate of a representative ends in death, resignation, permanent incapacity, or more than a quarter of unjustified absences."
