Constitution:

Article 6, section (1) states, "The President of the Republic shall
be elected by a majority of the votes cast through direct, equal and secret
universal suffrage."
Article 15, section (1) states, "The National Assembly shall comprise
180 (one hundred and eighty) members elected by direct and secret universal
suffrage for a five-year term of office."

Under laws governing election to Parliament and Presidency, Section 15
and Section 6, respectively, state "No person shall be entitled to have
his name entered on a register of electors and, if so registered, to vote, who
