Constitution:

Article 4 states: "Suffrage is universal, equal, and secret. It
may be direct or indirect within the provisions of the Constitution and laws."

Article 25 states: "Voters are citizens of both sexes, reaching
18 years of age on the day of the election, who enjoy their civil and political
rights, who are regularly registered."

Article 77 states: "Every voter is held to sign." An individual's
thumbprint may serve as a legal signature.
Article 102 states: "The vote is noted by a stamp that the agent
affixes his signature to on the payroll opposite the name of the mandate."
Thumbprint is acceptable as well.
Article 99 states: "Should request require, voting by proxy may
follow within the fixed conditions listed

persons, or incurables who because of their physical condition or health are
incapable of reaching the poll on election day."
