• Section 2 states, "(1) Members of the Landsting shall be elected for a four-year term in general, direct and secret elections. (2) Detailed rules on elections, including such matters as the franchise, eligibility for election, and the number of members of the Landsting, shall be laid down by Act of the Landsting."
