Article 1 section 6 states: "Voting in General Elections is the
right of every citizen who meets the conditions to vote."
Article 32 section (1) states: "Voting is the right of every citizen
who has the right to vote."

If a voter is physically incapacitated and cannot vote alone, a companion
may assist him. Both voter and assistant go in to the voting booth. The person
assisting is bound to secrecy as to the voter's choice. "A party agent,
