• Article 6 states: "The following persons are excluded from exercising their right to vote…(c) those who, under an irrevocable court order on account of insanity or frailty of intellectual facilities, have lost control over their property."
Constitution:

• Article 58 states: "Those persons shall be debarred from exercising the right to vote…(c) Who, by virtue of an irrevocable judicial decision, have lost the right to dispose of or administer their property on account of insanity or imbecility."
