Article 20 states: "An elector is every citizen possessing Tunisian
nationality for at least five years and having attained at least twenty years
of age."

Article 2 states, "Electors are all Tunisians of twenty years of
age who have had Tunisian nationality no less than 5 months, who enjoy their
civil and political rights and are not incapacitated in the view of law."
Article 11 states, "During a period of revision, the following may
be registered
4) People who's incapacity has been removed."

Article 49 states, "An elector who cannot read or write and those
who are infirm and find it impossible to perform the different operations of
voting are authorized to be assisted. They may appoint someone of their choice
but not a candidate."
