• Article 173 states: "No one can impede…on a citizen's right to vote. Every citizen who is capable of voting…will be protected in his/her right."

• Article 95 states: "Citizens, who are known to be blind and disabled and thus cannot walk without assistance, can be accompanied to the voting booth by people whom they trust."
