Article 84, Composition of House of Representatives states: 

(5) Each citizen of Nepal who has completed the age of eighteen years shall have the right to vote in any one election constituency as provided for in the Federal law.

Article 176, Composition of State Assembly states: 

(5) Each citizen of Nepal who resides within the territory of the State and who has completed the age of eighteen years shall have a right to vote in any one election constituency in accordance with law.

Article 222, Composition of Village Assembly states: 

(5) Every person who has completed the age of eighteen years and whose name is included in the electoral rolls of the Village Body shall have a right to vote as provided for in the Federal law.

Article 223, Composition of Municipal Assembly states: 

(5) Every person who has completed the age of eighteen years and whose name is included in the electoral rolls of the Municipality shall have a right to vote as provided for in the Federal law.

Article 33, Polling states:

(1) A voter, whose name is registered in the Electoral Rolls of any ward of a Rural Municipality or Municipality, shall only be entitled to vote in the polling station assigned for the same ward of the same Rural Municipality or Municipality.
