In 2017, Sierra Leone’s National Elections Council (NEC), the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD) and United Nations Development Program (UNDP) conducted an assessment to determine barriers to participation of persons with disabilities and provided surveys to voters with disabilities. The shared findings and responses were used in the drafting of this report. The English version, below, is accessible to screen readers.
