This flier was produced in 2013 as part of a voter education campaign from La Red Iberoamericana de Entidades de Personas con Disacapacidad Fiscia (La Red) and the Junta Central Electoral (JCE) in order to encourage voters, their families and others to begin using rights-based language such as "persons with disabilities." Production of the flier was supported by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
