In 2017, the National Elections Commission of Liberia (NEC), with the support of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Irish Aid, Global Affairs Canada, European Union, Sweden, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), produced an inclusive poster to encourage all voters, including voters with disabilities, to participate in the run-off elections December 26.
