Through a two-year research effort funded by the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, IFES researchers have reviewed the election laws, constitutions and regulations of almost every country and territory in the world, looking specifically at how these laws and regulations effect the electoral participation of citizens with disabilities.

Copies of all election laws, regulations and constitutions cited in this research can be viewed in the disability section of the F. Clifton White Resource Center at IFES in Washington, D.C. For more information, please contact the librarian.

While IFES has strived to obtain the latest information, election laws and related regulations do frequently change, so we are unable to guarantee that all of the information remains current.
