The Right to Choose

A 2012 voter education poster in the Dominican Republic encourages citizens with disabilities to vote. The "Right to Choose" project was established by La Red Iberoamericana de Entidades de Personas con Disacapacidad Fiscia (La Red), a Latin American network of organizations of persons with physical disabilities.
